After almost a decade as the Executive Director of the Global Career Institute, Simone’s commitment to personal and professional growth took a new form with the birth of Phoenix Consultancy.

Phoenix Consultancy is not just a business venture; it’s a platform driven by Simone’s unwavering dedication to assisting individuals in making sound, strategic decisions. As a seasoned entrepreneur, Simone believes in the transformative power of regional integration. With a passion for empowerment, Simone has personally trained over 250 individuals throughout the Caribbean in diverse areas such as business development, dementia care, strategic planning, and essential life skills. Fun Fact: In addition to her impressive business ventures, Simone is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She proudly owns a residential retirement facility, where she enjoys enriching the lives of her senior residents.

Simone serves as the Performance, Health, and Safety Coordinator at the Trinidad and Tobago Cheer Federation.

Furthermore, she is an active member of the Alzheimer’s Association International Society to Advance Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment (ISTAART), holding Member ID: 200074370899.

Simone is also committed to giving back to the community through pro bono mentorship in business development at the Ryu Dan Empowerment Foundation. Every year, she contributes her expertise as a member of the Seed Capital Review Committee, interviewing aspiring entrepreneurs seeking funding to launch or grow their small businesses.
